To register your interest please contact Support Services: Broadstairs - 01843605062 (or email supportservices.broadstairs@eastkent.ac.uk) Candidates gain the Team Leading Apprenticeship Level 2 framework qualification by completing and achieving: Competency Qualification: ILM NVQ Certificate in Team Leading (Work-based evidence portfolio). Technical Certificate: ILM Certificate in Leadership and Team Skills Level 2. Maths, English and ICT: Fulfilled by completion of Maths, English and ICT at Level 1. ERR: Employment Rights and Responsibilities (Workbook). PLTS: Personal Learning and Thinking Skills. All qualification elements must be achieved to complete the Apprenticeship framework. There are a number of mandatory units concentrating on working in a business environment to be completed. Apprentices will be required to complete a number of optional units linked to specific skills requirements. There is an expectation that Apprentices will undertake personal study to demonstrate knowledge of the subject area, compile a portfolio of work-based evidence and complete assessments to fulfil the technical certificate and functional skills requirements.
