Level 3 Plumbing Apprenticeships provide learners with the knowledge and skills needed to carry out job roles and responsibilities associated with the installation, maintenance, commissioning and servicing of domestic plumbing and heating systems. This programme can help you to progress in a wide range of roles within the domestic plumbing and heating sector, including: heating and ventilation engineer, specialised craftsperson (plumber or heating engineer), Project development manager, senior skilled operative. Undertaken in the the workplace and College environments, this programme allows people to demonstrate their competence, set against National Occupational Standards, in a wide range of plumbing activities and gain the necessary skills required to pursue a career in the industry. Applicants will need to have relevant employment within the industry. before they can start their programme.
