Max. 2 children (6+) per adult. Decorate deliciously sweet treats with flare, recognise how to work safely in the kitchen and use a range of culinary skills. Basic cake decoration techniques using glace icing, buttercream and roll out coloured fondant icing (readymade). In addition various confectionary will be used e.g. angelica, cherries, hundreds and thousands etc.

All ingredients will be provided however please bring:- 1. An apron for everyone. 2. A tea towel. 3. 2 tins/containers to take the cup cakes and cookies home in. N.B. If you have attended the morning session where you made cupcakes and cookies you will already have the above items with you and your undecorated cupcakes and gingerbread people.
