Reiki is a process for sharing natural energy, without touch, and works by unblocking the critical 'power points' in the body, called Chakras, that act as channels from which energy flows throughout the body. The programme is made up of 4 levels. Each Level includes information, attunement, practise, meditation, and discussion. Level 2: Takes you through to the next stage, where you learn Reiki power symbols, and learn to practice on others. Attunement to Level 2.
