Infrastructure Technician Apprenticeship

As an Infrastructure Technician Apprentice you will provide support to internal and external customers, helping them to be productive when using technology to perform their job role, using a range of tools to problem solve and trouble shoot non routine problems. You will be expected to work independently and also as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service. Your skills will be developed building on your existing ability to communicate effectively at all levels by using a range of tools and methods to enable you to work effectively with colleagues.
