As an apprentice you will have a job and a wage whilst building up knowledge and skills within Customer Service. Apprenticeships usually take between 9 and 18 months to complete and leads to a framework qualification made up of a Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Customer Service, Certificate in Customer Service, Key Skills, Employer Rights & Responsibilities, and Personal Learning and Thinking Skills (PLTS).
