The Access to Higher Education Diploma course is an alternative path to university and is designed for people who didn't gain the traditional qualifications they needed while at school but would now like to take a course leading to an application for a place at university. Courses are available in a range of subjects. The Access to HE Diploma can be completed over 1 or 2 years. Attendance is required two evenings per week for the 2 year route.
