This one year vocational course is designed to suit a broad range of learning styles and will help you develop the skills, knowledge and understanding required for further study and/or employment. You will learn about many different aspects of business through a series of topics that are relevant to the industry and emphasise the importance of meeting customer needs. As well as developing customer service, communication and independent research skills, you will improve your ability to understand simple financial transactions and undertake independent research; all attributes sought after by employers.
