You study a total of 8 Units for the year amounting to 120 credits (HNC). There are three Core units that serves to cover and underpin the essential skills that are required in the field of computing and professional development: - Business Skills for e-Commerce - Computer Systems - Employability and Professional Development There will also be a variety of optional subject modules* selected to meet the needs of employers. These modules will cover key areas of ICT systems support and will look at software development and programming. Units taught in 2015/16 include: - Event Driven Programming Solutions - 3D Computer Modelling and Animation - Computer Games Design and Development *Please note that the optional modules taught in 2016/17 may not be exactly the same as those taught in 2015/16.
