A Health & Social Care Assistant supports residents with personal and individual needs. If you have a caring nature and want to learn in a practical hands-on way, a Health & Social Care course at Shape will suit you. A full Apprenticeship consists of a main QCF qualification, a Technical Certificate and relevant Functional Skills qualifications. The exact requirements for the individual will depend on previous qualifications. Shape will conduct an Initial Assessment and Interview with all potential learners to determine the level of support needed to complete the programme.
