The course will introduce the student to the main features of the therapeutic models: Person Centred, Psychodynamic and Cognitivebehavioural. There are 3 Units, which will be covered during the course: Unit Title 1 An Appreciation of the Basics of Counselling, the Professional Context and Relationship 2 An Introduction to the Skills used by a Counsellor 3 An Introduction to Personal Development Information provided or adapted from ABC guidelines 2009
