The Level 2 Apprenticeship Diploma in Customer Service aims to equip participants with the skills,knowledge and understanding of effective customer service. It will build practical skills to support a business environment deliver and enable participants to understand how its delivery and legislation affects customer expectations. The qualification will form part of a Level 2 apprenticeship which includes a knowledge certificate,maths and English at L1 and personal learning and thinking skills. Nova may provide day release training for 16-18yr old learners and further details are available on request.
