During the course you will develop competence in listening, reading, writing and speaking across a range of real life situations. These situations will include: • introducing yourself, family and friends, getting to know people, • ordering a meal, buying food and drink, • booking accommodation, finding out about facilities, • finding out where places are, understanding basic directions, • making enquiries and understanding bus/ train timetables, • telling the time and understanding opening and closing times, • talking about special occasions.
