What does the course involve? This two day course will consist of classroom delivery and workshop practical activities. There will be a practical assessment and one on-line examination. What is the qualification and how is it gained? The Level 2 award in Routine Maintenance Activities on Hybrid and Electrically propelled vehicles is designed for technicians to enable them to work safely around the vehicles high and low voltage systems and drive trains. The assessment requires the successful completion of a practical assessment and on-line examination. Note: This unit does not prove that someone is competent to work on the high energy electrical system, and assumes an already good level of electrical understanding.
