This is a short course in which you can explore issues that may inhibit your personal growth and find strategies for dealing with them. This is a taster course or gentle introduction to meditation, relaxation and mindfulness. Students will learn how to use breathing, relaxation and meditation techniques to manage stress, improve health and well-being and achieve goals.
