The suite of BTEC Higher Nationals is designed to provide specialist work-related qualifications appropriate to the skills needs of a range of sectors at Levels 4 and 5. They offer a strong, sector-related emphasis on practical skills development alongside the development of requisite knowledge and understanding. They have been developed to provide the required knowledge, understanding and skills, in a sector context, necessary to prepare you for employment and progression and/or to provide career development opportunities for those already in work. BTEC Higher National qualifications provide a thorough grounding in the key concepts and practical skills required in their sector and their national recognition by employers allows direct progression to employment or to a further year of study to complete a degree at Bradford Business School.
