Introduction to IT Level 1 - This course is designed to help students gain the skills required for a career in computing or information technology. You will study skills for business along with web design, hardware and software. Topics and modules: Introduction to websites How computers work Employment skills in the IT industry Introduction to computer networks Multimedia/ animation skills Introduction to computer games. Students will use a mixture of software packages to help nurture their understanding of the work that goes on in the field of digital technologies including MS Office 2013, and Adobe Creative Suite.
