Applicants may have achieved a Level 1 qualification or equivalent in a related area or have industry experience. This programme is also aimed at a range of students of all ages from 17 onwards, who may have decided on a cooking pathway after having tried formal education in another area or who wish to re-train or change career path. This intensive programme is also suitable for adults and returners to work.
