Further Maths AS Level is more challenging than Maths AS Level and is designed to really stretch you. Similar to Maths AS Level you'll study core maths and statistics, mechanics or decision maths - all involving practical skills that will help you solve and simplify real life problems. The more challenging material, such as complex numbers and hyperbolic geometry, involves subjects you would study in the first year of a Maths Degree.
