There are three pathways to choose from on this Advanced Apprenticeship - Management, Sales professional or Visual Merchandising. Your choice will depend on your job role and retail environment and will enable you to build on your current knowledge, skills and confidence when working in the retail sector. You will study the relevant Level 3 Diploma in Retail, the Level 3 Certificate in Retail Knowledge which looks at theory, best practice, policies, procedures and techniques within all retail environments. Depending on your previous qualifications you will also study Functional Skills in English and Maths at Level 2.
