On this course you will learn how to communicate in Spanish in order to carry out everyday transactions such as ordering food and drink in a bar or restaurant, making a reservation for a hotel and dealing with travel and accommodation arrangements for tourists. You will also learn to give directions and ask the way to various destinations. At the end of the course you will achieve an award covering four skills: Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing. The course consists of one lesson per week; most of the work for the qualification is carried out in lesson time. Learning Spanish is part of making the world go round, as 350 million people around the world speak Spanish.
