You will study how to meet the needs of customers in our commercial restaurant and how important it is to interact and anticipate the needs of others. You will learn through practical restaurant sessions the skills required to understand what good customer service is and how to serve customer in our bistro server counter. You will also learn the importance of maintaining a safe and hygienic working environment, vital knowledge for demonstrating good employability skills. This qualification is taught alongside the Level 1 Diploma in Professional Cookery and students study both disciplines.
