This is the second year of the BTEC Travel and Tourism Sub-Diploma course - you will study 6 units including Investigating the Travel and Tourism industry, Customer Service and Long Haul Travel Destinations. Included within the Travel and Tourism timetabled hours are 2 two additional qualifications, these include a NVQ in speaking Spanish and a City and Guilds Travel Destinations Qualification. The Travel and Tourism department organises residential trips every year to destinations such as New York, Rome, Barcelona and Paris as part of the course programme, as well as numerous day trips throughout the year. It offers students an extensive introduction to the Travel industry.
