Professional Cookery Diploma Level 2

This qualification is designed for chefs employed in fine dining roles who need to develop or consolidate their skills. You are required to take three mandatory units which cover aspects of developing productive working relationships, maintaining food safety plus health and safety of the working environment. You then have a choice of a wide range of optional units covering complex kitchen sections, allowing you to meet the needs of your own work role and establishment.
