This qualification is designed for individuals employed in hospitality roles such as bar people, conference and banqueting assistant or waiters/waitresses who need to develop or consolidate their skills. You are required to take four mandatory units which cover aspects of maintaining a safe, hygienic and secure working environment, working effectively as part of a hospitality team, giving customers a positive impression and maintaining food safety in a hospitality environment. You then have a choice of a wide range of optional units covering different food and beverage areas such as table service & bar service, allowing you to choose units to meet the needs of their own work role.
