Safe food handling Safe food storage for chilled/frozen and dry goods Personal hygiene Pest control and control measures Hazard analysis and critical control monitoring Bacteria control measures Safe working practices for food preparation Note: There is a 45 minute multiple-choice exam at the end of the course. What can I do after successfully completing the course? Continue onto a Level 3 qualification with other providers. What skills or knowledge do I need for entry to this course?
