The GCSE maths course aims to: Give improved confidence to learners in Mathematics Give learners the knowledge and skills to pass Maths GCSE at grade C or higher This course covers a two-year school course in only 8 months. It is suitable for anyone needing to gain GCSE Maths grade 'C' or above: this offers access to higher courses, including A-level and some professional training, and gives confidence in helping your children with their school work. The course follows the syllabus laid down by AQA exam board. You will be required to sit three exams, two calculator papers and one non-calculator paper, in June: Statistics and Number (Unit 1), Number and Algebra (Unit 2), and Geometry and Algebra (Unit 3).
