Learners must achieve 30 credits in total from a combination of mandatory and optional units Qualifications in English, Maths and ICT where there is no prior attainment Employee Rights and Responsibilities Personal Learning and Thinking Skills The qualification is suitable for those who work in any classroom or learning support role. Employment is required for a minimum of 30 hours per week.
