This is a one year vocational course. It will provide opportunities to develop a range of skills and techniques, personal skills and attributes essential for successful performance in working life. You will gain a broad training in the performing arts, including acting, dance and singing lessons. Level 2 qualifications will provide a broad, solid foundation for progression to Level 3 and employment in the performing arts sector.

All course tutors will assess you on your performance work in acting and dance. For some units, you will be required to keep a log book, and this will be used as part of the assessment process. All Learners will complete an Individual Learning Plan which will be discussed with their tutor throughout the course. One unit will also be assessed by means of an online exam.
