The course provides the qualification that is a requirement of the licencing regulations.As part of the course you will cover the following topics: Licences The licences objectives Licensable activities Applying for a licence The nature of alcohol and how it affects the body The social responsibilities in the retail sale of alcoholThere are no formal entry requirements however there are certain offences which prevent a personal licence being granted. The course is delivered through lectures discussion and guided reading. You will be assessed by a 40 question multiple choice exam.
