What will I do on this apprenticeship? Apprenticeships are all about learning on the job - so you'll be paid and get qualified at the same time. You'll spend most of your working week learning with your employer, and you may also spend some time at college. You will need to do a number of qualifications including Level 3 in Business Administration and a Technical Certificate. You will cover a number of units which could include managing your work and your own development, maintaining effective working relationships, researching and preparing information, co-ordinating administrative services. How will I be assessed? We will assess your practical skills and observe you at work. Your personal assessor will visit you at work to review your progress and make sure you are on target to get your qualifications. What options do I have after successfully completing? Progress to Business Administration, Higher Apprenticeship Business with Management Foundation Degree run in partnership with the University of the West of England at Weston College and the opportunity to top-up to the BA (Hons) Other related degrees. Job/career opportunities Office manager, administration team leader, personal assistant and administration officer.
