What will I do on this apprenticeship? The five mandatory units develop skills in innovation and process, operational plans, working relationships and health and safety. Other units may include provide leadership and direction for own area of responsibility, know how to follow disciplinary procedures, recruit staff in own area of responsibility, build support and manage a team, Implement change in own area of responsibility. How will I be assessed? We will assess your practical skills and observe you at work.
