What will I do on this apprenticeship? Apprenticeships are all about learning on the job. You'll spend most of your week with your employer learning about customer services as you work, and come to College from time to time. You will need to do a number of qualifications including the Level 2 in Customer Service and a Technical Certificate and Functional Skills. You will cover a number of units which could include delivering reliable customer service, resolving customer service problems and developing personal performance. How will I be assessed? We will assess your practical skills and observe you at work. You will do assignments and projects as well as case studies and questions. Your personal assessor will visit you at your workplace to review your progress and make sure you are on target to get your qualifications. What options do I have after successfully completing? Progress to Customer Service, Advanced Apprenticeship, Level 3 Business, BTEC Extended Diploma, Level 3. Job/career opportunities A career in customer service.
