What will I do on this apprenticeship? As an advanced apprentice you will learn the higher level of technical skills and knowledge required for operating communication technology, navigating software, problem solving, improving customer satisfaction, team leading, improving customer loyalty, gathering and analysing customer feedback, processing complaints and maintaining reliable customer service. You will cover a number of units which could include manage own performance in a business environment and produce documents in a business environment. How will I be assessed? We will assess your practical skills and observe you at work. Your personal assessor will visit you at your workplace to review your progress and make sure you are on target to get your qualifications. What options do I have after successfully completing?
