This VTCT qualification will give you the advanced palpation skills and massage techniques to prevent and manage injury in sport and active leisure. You will also analyse posture and learn a range of movement massage techniques to prevent and manage injury in sport. As this qualification is at a higher level, you can expect a good deal of theoretical work. Students will critically evaluate their massage strategies and be guided on the best methods to use on future treatments. Learners must undertake at least 50 hours of massage as part of this qualification.
