Psychology is the science of mind, behaviour and experience.  Psychologists study what people do by using a scientific methodology to test their theories of human behaviour.  Psychologists also seek to understand what it is like for the individual, as well as trying to make sense of people's behaviour in order to help them. Psychology is made up of many approaches, including Behavioural, Cognitive, Biological, Evolutionary, and the Psychodynamic approach.
