L3 qualification build on the knowledge and skills covered in the Level 2 Dementia qualifications. The Certificate develops the skills needed to carry out more involved roles in the workplace. The qualification is aligned to the National Dementia Strategy and is suitable for a wide range of learners including those working or looking to work in local authority or private care environments.
