This course is ideal if you're serious about pursuing a career in catering. You'll learn how to create impressive gourmet dishes using meat, fish, vegetables and pastry. Our experienced Chefs will help you to expand your skills to the level that the industry demands. As part of your vocational training you'll work in the College's kitchens where the dishes you create will be served to paying customers.You'll also gain experience by providing the catering at high profile corporate events. The course will give you the skills to enter the food industry at Assistant Cook level or progress on to a Level 3 course.
