If you would like to work in the sport and leisure industry this course will give you the background you need. You'll take part in sports such as volleyball, badminton, football and hockey to help keep you fit and develop your team building skills. You'll learn about how the human body functions and participates in sport. The course will also introduce you to the sport and leisure industry, as well as health-related issues and leisure programmes. On completion you will be able to progress on to the Level 2 programme.
