You will study Yang & Sun Styles of T'ai Chi Ch'uan and Sets 1 and 2 of Shibashi Qigong. This course is for students who have studied for at least 1 year the Shibashi Qigong Set 1 and 24 simplified form of Yang style T'ai Chi. Existing students continue to practice Set 1 Shibashi and Set 2. An opportunity to learn the Daoyin Qigong is open to students on this course
