TAI CHI (YANG STYLE) & SHIBASHI QIGONG (INTERMEDIATE)

This course is open only to students who have at least 1 year's experience in both the Qigong and the Tai Chi training. Learn Qigong exercises together with appropriate breathing and visualisation techniques and study the specialised Tai Chi created by Dr. Lam for the following conditions: arthritis, back pain, over 50s and diabetes.
