This pathway is intended for students who wish to study for a Law degree at University but do not have the required entry qualifications. Our Diploma is recognised by all HE Institutions: last year all of our successful students went on to study law at University. Many students continue to read law at prestigious universities such as SOAS. Cambridge. Kings and Exeter. This Diploma covers a wide range of areas within law such as tort. contract and criminal law in preparation for degree level with a strong focus on core modules required at university. You will also study the English legal system and take part in mock trials in units such as the trial process. The course equips students with the tools needed to study law at undergraduate level by developing legal research skills. improving their essay writing. examination and note taking techniques through study skills. Students will be supported through the university application process. Those who do not already have GCSE passes in Maths& English will also have the option of studying for GCSE equivalencies.
