UPDATED 20160603 08:22:22

Our volunteer training, this course focuses on the knowledge and skills required in work settings. It covers the learners understanding of the organisation they are working or volunteering in, their role and responsibilities within it, and their compliance with the organisation’s policiesprocedures and guidance, such as confidentiality and health & safety. At the end of the course learners will put together a portfolio of their work, which is then assessed and graded for either level 2 accreditation with CERTA (formerly the Open College Network)
