Music for wellbeing at Highbury 5

This course will be student led in terms of choice of music and songs. Students will be shown basic rhythm skills, by call and response using their bodies and percussion instruments. Students will be encouraged to learn songs enhancing cognitive memory skills. . We will be working at multi tasking playing instruments while singing. We will be working towards writing our own song as a group and using improvisation. We are hoping to introduce a keyboard as a new instrument. We hope to perform a group song for the 60th Anniversary celebration.
