Exploring why measuring is important, when and for whom we will use a range of tools which will be useful for projects which engage communities in health and outdoor learning. From interview techniques to quadrats, from citizen science contributing to national research to measuring improvements in connectedness to nature the course will help communities to attract funding or individuals into further academic career progression. Aimed at beginners where possible the content will link with local Access to HE, GCSE and A Level curriculum.
