Basic Introduction to Counselling

This course is aimed at anyone who want to gain a basic understanding of counselling. You will discover what makes a good listener, understand and respond appropriately to body language and learn how to become a listening helper in the community. The course will help you understand the difference between counselling skills and becoming a counsellor. This is an introductory course and is not accredited.
