The ILM Level 3 Certificate in Leadership and Management is a qualification that has been especially designed to give practising or aspiring first line managers a solid foundation in their formal development as a manager. Providing a more comprehensive programme that builds and broadens the skills and knowledge gained in the Award, although candidates may join the Certificate directly and are not required to undertake the Award first. Includes exploring organisational change, giving participants a deeper understanding of this critical workplace issue and providing the tools to plan for and deal with organisational upheaval. The course will entail attendance at an initial Induction plus a workshop for each Unit, usually lasting 4 hours and held once per month, providing Tutorial support. 10 - 12 months duration.
