Across two years we shall examine life's important questions: Where did humans come from? How do they organise social relations with each other? How do they engage with their various environments and what importance does this engagement have in shaping what it is to be human? If any of these questions catch your interest - you may just have what it takes to be an anthropologist!

Name: A2 Anthropology Qualification title: GCE A Level in Anthropology (Pilot) Qualification type: Assessment Through final written examination. Coursework will draw on a wide range of traditions including some independent research. Studying Anthropology involves reading, deep thinking, formal academic writing and the ability to undertake independent research, all of which combine to develop a broad-based critique that will offer huge dividends at university and in the modern workplace.
