Community Wellbeing Workshop

UPDATED 20160527 11:10:46

Purpose of the workshops: to open people’s eyes to what they could learn and achieve. The aim is to use workshops to link learners into longer learning opportunities, or to groups and activities in the community. Workshops could also support volunteering, or help connect different individuals in the community. Examples include introductory first aid for volunteers running an Over 50’s group; a workshop enabling older residents to use Skype or Facebook to stay in touch with family; a pottery workshop bringing together LDD learners with others in the community.
