This Apprenticeship covers a range of occupations within Hospitality and Catering, one of the largest industries in the country. If you are interested in a career in working 'front of house' you could train as waiting staff and learn how to serve customers. You could work in all sorts of kitchens from fine dining to chain restaurants through to gastro pubs. To undertake an Apprenticeship in Hospitality and Catering you must be committed and have the determination and motivation to succeed. You will also undertake Functional Skills in Maths and English
